Great Experience Clean, quiet, safe. Very convenient for hopping on 64 to get to Lex or Louisville. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to any work orders and office staff have been helpful. Would prefer not to have valet trash service and wish my townhome had ceiling fans, but overall it has been great living here the last year.

Alongside the friendly and attentive staff the environment is hard to beat. As for anyone the amount of investment towards these apartments, rent wise would likely be the only reason to hold someone from considering it

Nice place. I'll elaborate on on ratings. 1. Noise: the neighborhood is quiet, every now and then people will have music playing to loud, or a party (unauthorized) at the pool with people breaking the pool rules. (after hours, glass broken, loud music). Someone had broken glass that fell into the pool and the entire pool was drained and out of use for a couple weeks. 2. I think it'... (Verified Renter) I think it' a very nice and well kept location. The staff is great and the neighbors are all kind and get along. I just wish the parking situation was a little better and there was a place for kids to play.
