If someone is... (Verified Renter) If someone is looking for a newer apartment in a complex, I'd definitely recommend Riverford Crossing. That said, the rent and all the utilities being separate makes the cost a bit high for many apartment dwellers so that's my hesitation in giving a higher score. I have never lived in an apartment where I was responsible for water and sewer, for instance.
