Less so to... (Verified Renter) Less so to friends and family and more so to coworkers. It's right by work and there are tons of options, so surely they can find a price that fits them.

I always felt safe in the community and I enjoyed using the pool and the gym, as well as the parties held by the management. However, the rent prices have been steadily increasing, rising almost $150 over the course of our stay. We have had to go negotiate with office personnel over the rent increase percentage every time our lease renewed. And we had a really good rate when we signed on. This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is extremely well maintained. They need to set up recycling. Everything gets tossed in the trash unless you want to drive several miles to go to a recycling facility.
