As long and drawn out a process as a loan can be, the staff made me comfortable with the multitude of paperwork to be gone over and signed and made the entire experience smooth and pain-free. They were extremely communicative, available at a moment's notice, and always helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
