Bob Cappa was great through the process , answering all our questions, as this was our first refinance application. North American Title, not so much. They were very very slow to respond even after they told us on several occasions they would call us back shortly. Sometimes, they never called back and we had to pursue them. Then after all paperwork was signed and "final" wire transfer of funds was requested, North American emailed and requested more funds and then did it again a second time requesting even more funds ... read more
