Very straightforward very professional
Bob did a great job getting two loans done for me. He walked me through each step of the process and worked with me to get past many roadblocks throughout the loan process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, he always responded promptly and with an answer or an explanation. He was easy to work with and I will recommend to anyone that I know that may need his assistance.

Bob Cappa was great through the process , answering all our questions, as this was our first refinance application. North American Title, not so much. They were very very slow to respond even after they told us on several occasions they would call us back shortly. Sometimes, they never called back and we had to pursue them. Then after all paperwork was signed and "final" wire transfer of funds was requested, North American emailed and requested more funds and then did it again a second time requesting even more funds ... read more
