My fiancé and I were verbally promised tires on our car before buying it and after a week later of calling and checking to see if the tires had come yet they measured tread depth and said it didn't need tires because the tread was ONE 32nd of an inch taller than their minimum, which doesn't matter because they told me they'd put tires on it and DIDN'T
I was contacted by Rock Hill Nissan and offered a re-finance which is something I was wanting to do anyways. Well I spent my day off work and an hour drive from Charlotte only to be told 2 different stories about why they cant refinance, but I can get into a 2017 with higher payments. I felt like they didnt even try to work with me on a re-finance and they knew before I came that they was going to try and sell me a car.
