Customer service is terrible and it's very hard to get a straight answer from anyone....looking for some place else to service my vehicle.

A few months ago I would have but since I took my truck in back in March for an oil and air filter change, it has been back in the shop twice and I havent had my a year yet. Service dosen't answer or return calls so needless to say, I have called corporate. I will probably get a call because of this post but no need Rock Hill. Thanks for nothing!!! Buyer Beware!!
I would not recommend this dealership. We came to look at a Tacoma that was $20,600. After we have them our payment limit we wanted to stay at w/GAP we were haggle for at least 30 minutes. They could not come near close to our payment we are at now, I’m talking $200 over and that was with $2000 down. Told them we wanted to talk it over about 6 times and never been degraded because I’m a women and wanted to do the talking. They looked at me like I was a fool. Service Department was pretty good in the beginning, now they have change a few things and added new people to upsale services in the lane. When you make an appointment for oil change or etc. doesn't matter, it will be a long wait unless you buy an recommended unscheduled service and they can speed things up. High pressure for services is now the thing, almost like they're hustling you or something.
