Service Department was pretty good in the beginning, now they have change a few things and added new people to upsale services in the lane. When you make an appointment for oil change or etc. doesn't matter, it will be a long wait unless you buy an recommended unscheduled service and they can speed things up. High pressure for services is now the thing, almost like they're hustling you or something.

We made an appointment to test drive a certain car that was supposed to be on the lot. The first person (Scott) sat us down at a table, claimed he was not a sales person and said he was glad he does not sell cars. Scott introduced us to person number two (Ty) who was the sales person. Ty pulled up the computer and said two cars are in Charleston, the other car is definitely on the lot. Ty said he needs to check on the mileage of the car in the lot and walked out. My sales experience has been horrible. The salesman I had was very nice and I would recommend him, however, my recommendation ends there. They charged me $$$$$ to install a DVD player that was worth $$. It does not do what they said it would. So sorry that I let them talk me into the purchase. I will not buy another car here.

I went in to the dealership on Monday and started working on a deal. I needed to leave to get to a meeting and there has been no follow up since I left. I gave them all the information that they needed and nobody could follow up with me. I am a fellow member of the Chamber of Commerce in Rock Hill and thought that they would take care of me (Customer Service). I was wrong. I was recently there looking at a vehicle and the sticker said to call for price. Working with one of the salesmen, it took almost 45 minutes to get a price. While I was waiting I scanned the code on the sticker. The Sales manager comes out with a price that was 5000$ higher than the scanned price.
