After bringing my wife's car into Rock Hill Nissan for service to look at the heater not working, I do not recommend Rock Hill Nissan. I do recommend Christian Brothers Automotive if you need service on your vehicle. After getting our quote for a $1800 replacement of the heater core, my wife asked her father about the diagnosis. He told us that a 4 year car with 70k miles should not have a heater core go bad and to get a 2nd opinion. Service sales staff trying to sell stuff you don’t need. Fortunately I know the game having been a mechanic but what about those that don’t. Left a message for the service manager and I’m still waiting. It’s been a week.
We had bought a used 2016 Nissan Altima from here earlier this month. We have had to take it in three separate times for problems with this vehicle. Transmission oil was due to be changed at 30k miles and we found out after we bought it at 94k that it had never been changed and it had been only serviced at that dealership, as before we bought it, it was being leased. Made an appointment for 4:00 on a Thursday. Took almost 2 hrs. Asked the lady who does the schedule for a complimentary car wash. But didn’t get one and he tried to blame my wife. Said she didn’t mention it when she dropped it off. He also claims he tried calling my wife several times and left voicemails. But her phone never rang and no messages. I never had any problems when Georgia or Holli was there.
Customer service is terrible and it's very hard to get a straight answer from anyone....looking for some place else to service my vehicle.
RecommendedWhen you go to buy , make sure to check with general manager before signing, some of salesman are not truthful, just be aware, and be careful of finance managers, they will try to get over on you to.
Won’t purchase here again! Salesperson I had lies time and time again!
