Had $25 dollar off coupon and price ended up still being more for an oil change and tire rotation than I had paid any time before. I was told that I was past due on changing my plugs and wanted $500 bucks to do the change. I found out that you had changed the plugs only at 118k miles. I know that you have a computer that shows you that. Why try to sell something that you had already done? That is did honest!!
Very deceptive and dishonest. They will attempt to take advantage of you.
I called to inquire about a Pathfinder they listed online as a SV model with no pictures. Was told that they did not have any SV models on the lot, only S. I asked them to get my details on the S model as I wanted to know the features. I was called back a couple hours later to be asked if anyone had helped me. I explained the above and was told there might be a SV model but they would have to go physically look at the truck. I was promised a call back. No one ever called. This is the worst dealership I have ever been too. The service department used to be good which is why I continued to go. Their sales team NEVER gets the best price and they are sometimes extremely pushy. When the new owners took over the upped the price on the service. Went from like $40 to $70 for an oil change and tire rotation. I accepted that. After months of that (actually probably over a year) I went in this weekend and they changed managers and, guess what? The 2019 Titan that you are referring to, we will honor the price online. The price is plus any dealer installed accessories. This truck has a lift, wheels and tires. I’m confident you are familiar with this truck as it has been here for a few months. We will send the $69 coupon to your email for your next visit.
They are all very nice at the beginning of the process, once they see they might not make a sale you dont exist anymore. Unless your credit score is 700 and you have lots of cash to put down, don't waste your time. Go somewhere else

Let me start by saying Kia was my saleswoman and did everything great. Very helpful and quick with paperwork. My original review was 5 stars and now it’s more like 1 star. 2 weeks after I purchased the truck I called to cancel the extended warranty I purchased out of pocket. On that call I was told I owed money because the finance guy miscalculated on the title and registration fees.
