I scheduled an appointment for 9am and waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask 3 times, the service rep said, oh, you’re still waiting?” even though he walked by me several times. No explanation, no discount. Now I’ve noticed something wasn’t done correctly and I have to go back when I wasn’t planning to return at all.
FIRST OF ALL! DONT NO, I REPEAT DO NOT, BUY ANY MOTOR VEHICLE FROM ROCK HILL NISSAN! EVERYONE FROM THE SALES MANAGERS ON THE FLOOR TO BRAD FURBY (the general sales manger), RICO GLOVER (director of marketing) SCREAMS GROSS INCOMPETENCE! THEY PLAY SALESMEN TRICKS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HABITUAL LIARS WITH HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DRIVE OFF WITH A USED LEMON!!
We had a horrible experience with this Rock Hill dealer. They advertised a vehicle on their website which I was interested in buying. I went to see it and it was not there. I guess shame on me for not calling, but I figured they would have the cars they advertise online. I was told it would arrive in a couple days and they would call me. My fiancé and I were verbally promised tires on our car before buying it and after a week later of calling and checking to see if the tires had come yet they measured tread depth and said it didn't need tires because the tread was ONE 32nd of an inch taller than their minimum, which doesn't matter because they told me they'd put tires on it and DIDN'T
I was contacted by Rock Hill Nissan and offered a re-finance which is something I was wanting to do anyways. Well I spent my day off work and an hour drive from Charlotte only to be told 2 different stories about why they cant refinance, but I can get into a 2017 with higher payments. I felt like they didnt even try to work with me on a re-finance and they knew before I came that they was going to try and sell me a car.
