We made an appointment to test drive a certain car that was supposed to be on the lot. The first person (Scott) sat us down at a table, claimed he was not a sales person and said he was glad he does not sell cars. Scott introduced us to person number two (Ty) who was the sales person. My sales experience has been horrible. The salesman I had was very nice and I would recommend him, however, my recommendation ends there. They charged me $$$$$ to install a DVD player that was worth $$. It does not do what they said it would. So sorry that I let them talk me into the purchase. I will not buy another car here.

I went in to the dealership on Monday and started working on a deal. I needed to leave to get to a meeting and there has been no follow up since I left. I gave them all the information that they needed and nobody could follow up with me. I am a fellow member of the Chamber of Commerce in Rock Hill and thought that they would take care of me (Customer Service). I was wrong. I was recently there looking at a vehicle and the sticker said to call for price. Working with one of the salesmen, it took almost 45 minutes to get a price. While I was waiting I scanned the code on the sticker. The Sales manager comes out with a price that was 5000$ higher than the scanned price.
We went down there 3 times from kings mountain and got the run around.We were told something different everytime that we went.
I scheduled an appointment for 9am and waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask 3 times, the service rep said, oh, you’re still waiting?” even though he walked by me several times. No explanation, no discount. Now I’ve noticed something wasn’t done correctly and I have to go back when I wasn’t planning to return at all.
FIRST OF ALL! DONT NO, I REPEAT DO NOT, BUY ANY MOTOR VEHICLE FROM ROCK HILL NISSAN! EVERYONE FROM THE SALES MANAGERS ON THE FLOOR TO BRAD FURBY (the general sales manger), RICO GLOVER (director of marketing) SCREAMS GROSS INCOMPETENCE! THEY PLAY SALESMEN TRICKS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HABITUAL LIARS WITH HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DRIVE OFF WITH A USED LEMON!!
We had a horrible experience with this Rock Hill dealer. They advertised a vehicle on their website which I was interested in buying. I went to see it and it was not there. I guess shame on me for not calling, but I figured they would have the cars they advertise online. I was told it would arrive in a couple days and they would call me.
