I called to inquire about a Pathfinder they listed online as a SV model with no pictures. Was told that they did not have any SV models on the lot, only S. I asked them to get my details on the S model as I wanted to know the features. I was called back a couple hours later to be asked if anyone had helped me. I explained the above and was told there might be a SV model but they would have to go physically look at the truck. I was promised a call back. No one ever called. This is the worst dealership I have ever been too. The service department used to be good which is why I continued to go. Their sales team NEVER gets the best price and they are sometimes extremely pushy. When the new owners took over the upped the price on the service. Went from like $40 to $70 for an oil change and tire rotation. I accepted that. After months of that (actually probably over a year) I went in this weekend and they changed managers and, guess what? They upped the price for the same service to $114!! I left a... read more

The 2019 Titan that you are referring to, we will honor the price online. The price is plus any dealer installed accessories. This truck has a lift, wheels and tires. I’m confident you are familiar with this truck as it has been here for a few months. We will send the $69 coupon to your email for your next visit.

They are all very nice at the beginning of the process, once they see they might not make a sale you dont exist anymore. Unless your credit score is 700 and you have lots of cash to put down, don't waste your time. Go somewhere else

Let me start by saying Kia was my saleswoman and did everything great. Very helpful and quick with paperwork. My original review was 5 stars and now it’s more like 1 star. 2 weeks after I purchased the truck I called to cancel the extended warranty I purchased out of pocket. On that call I was told I owed money because the finance guy miscalculated on the title and registration fees. It's so different it's not nearly as good as it was before all the different people or not is professional is the people that was the other 4 I Did not have a good this barius I miss the people that was there before don't know what happened or why they change all the different people but it sucks now.

They are definitely out to make as much cash as u will allow. They come of trustworthy but not 100% Go to Planet Mitsubishi. They have a ton of Pre owned Nissan Altimas and fair on $ I only went here because I wanted the SL. I paid more than I should out the door for a smokey smelling vehicle.

False advertising at is best or is their worst. Can’t believe anything they say. Will say anything to get you into their location. They screwed up when they met us. If you say you will pay $125% of Kelly Blue Book and you are shown an offer from KBB and don’t honor it, then that’s false advertising at its finest. The GM needs to stand behind his word. Even his Employees say that he is a liar.
