They are all very nice at the beginning of the process, once they see they might not make a sale you dont exist anymore. Unless your credit score is 700 and you have lots of cash to put down, don't waste your time. Go somewhere else

Let me start by saying Kia was my saleswoman and did everything great. Very helpful and quick with paperwork. My original review was 5 stars and now it’s more like 1 star. 2 weeks after I purchased the truck I called to cancel the extended warranty I purchased out of pocket. On that call I was told I owed money because the finance guy miscalculated on the title and registration fees. It's so different it's not nearly as good as it was before all the different people or not is professional is the people that was the other 4 I Did not have a good this barius I miss the people that was there before don't know what happened or why they change all the different people but it sucks now.

They are definitely out to make as much cash as u will allow. They come of trustworthy but not 100% Go to Planet Mitsubishi. They have a ton of Pre owned Nissan Altimas and fair on $ I only went here because I wanted the SL. I paid more than I should out the door for a smokey smelling vehicle.
False advertising at is best or is their worst. Can’t believe anything they say. Will say anything to get you into their location. They screwed up when they met us. If you say you will pay $125% of Kelly Blue Book and you are shown an offer from KBB and don’t honor it, then that’s false advertising at its finest. The GM needs to stand behind his word. Even his Employees say that he is a liar.

The deal did fall through and the kept the car I trade in and my down payment but have their vehicle. I have contacted them.multiple times. Cindy is unprofessional and ghetto. I have all her calls and text messages. RETURN MY CAR YOU CANNOT KEEP A CAR I TRADED IN YOU HAVE YOU CAR BACK. THATS NOT LEGAL AND YOU TRIED TO KEEP MY DOWN PAYMENT.
