Hello Charli, you may be referring to one of our clients that had to reschedule their wedding due to a health condition, and we want to provide some clarification about the situation. Our intention was to always help this couple move their wedding date, while remaining considerate of the other couples planning their weddings at our venue and we apologize if there was any miscommunication. We are working with the couple to move their wedding to 2022 and our thoughts are with them during this difficult time.

As someone who had to put off three years of my life while waiting for a lung transplant, one of the things I appreciate most is the patience and understanding of venues and businesses while my family and I organized and processed my treatment. You are an absolutely ghoulish group of people. I do not say "you should be ashamed" lightly, but it fits here. Your days really should be spent feeling shame for your decision. I would be so embarrassed to have acted so cruel.
Absolutely heartless! You couldn't pay me to get married at this venue. Beware if you are thinking of booking with them, all they care about is money. They have no ethics, absolutely no empathy, and do not care about you as a person at all!

absolutely heartless. a venue that will not allow a date change because the bride will be RECOVERING from CHEMO? Who is so heartless that they have to do this to a bride, diagnosed with breast cancer, that cannot make her own wedding due to surgeries and chemotherapy?! do not consider this venue.
This company cares more about money then they do their customers. Was excited to book this venue for my wedding next year UNTIL I saw the viral post about the lady with cancer who they are NOT willing to help out. So Sad . Shame on you
❌DO NOT consider this venue❌ They have refused to allow a 26 yr old bride to reschedule her October wedding to a date NEXT October. Reason for the change in date? She cannot make her original date because she has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and will be recovering from CHEMO THERAPY, surgery and a double mastectomy. No compassion or empathy towards this poor woman’s situation, only adding more stress. ❌AVOID❌
This company refuses to allow a bride to change her date. The bride was diagnosed with breast cancer and will be going through chemo and a double mastectomy during her original date. She asked to move it to a later date so she could attend her own wedding and was denied because if would be a "financial burden" to this company. This behavior is unacceptable!
