Garage door wouldn't go up when my wife went to leave for work. I pulled the release cord but the garage door wouldn't go up manually. That's when I noticed one of the springs was broken. I called Rockstar and got an appointment for early afternoon. Ryan came out and replaced both springs within a half hour even though he had a problem with a hard-to-access nut and bolt which wasted about 5 minutes. We didn't even have to move our cars!
