Pleasantly surprised at entering Rogers and Holland's jewelry store in Skokie. They welcomed me in not overbearing or pushy as other jewelry stores have been . Let me look around and waited for me to ask for help. I told the sales person exactly what I was looking for, price range and more than accommodating and directing me .The sales lady NEVI was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I was not intimidated at all. I definitely will be returning to Rogers and Holland's jewelry store in the future.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here in October 2019 and proposed to me that November, and everybody here has been so wonderful when we thought that it would be a disaster. Less than a year of me having my engagement ring (a princess cut solitaire), I noticed the center diamond fell out of the setting and I never found it. We looked ALL around the house, car, sidewalk, EVERYWHERE, but we couldn't find the diamond. The staff here was great and helped us find exactly what we needed. It was our first and only stop for wedding bands and we found the perfect pieces. They also cleaned our engagement band and helped us find a bale for my fiancé's pendant.

We came a few years ago to find a band that went with my oddly shaped engagement ring. I came in with low expectations after being disappointed with Helzberg, but they were so accommodating and made a custom-made ring that I often get complimented on. This review is kind of overdue, but well deserved so here it goes. I had been looking at engagement ring settings for some time and definitely had an idea of our budget and what I wanted. My biggest gripe in all of this... PRIOR to visiting THIS location....rude sales people looking down at newly graduated college kids who either give A) fake smiles and tons of inexpensive pre-made options, B) pressure to go over our budget and open up a credit card, or C) Them totally spending 5 minutes and blowing us off.
