This was my first purchase with Rodgers and Holland and I was very pleased with the experience. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful with make choices for my wife. He even cleaned a ring I didn't buy from him when I brought my wife back to have my new ring sized. My wife was thrilled! Overall A+ experience and we certainly will do business with Ryan and Rodgers and Hollands again:)
We had such a great experience with Rogers & Hollands at Old Orchard. We were just walking by and came across it and since we were looking for wedding bands, not on that particular day, we ended up staying for a couple of hours talking to Ryan Grala. We went from just looking to actually buying. Ryan really helped us understand more about the pieces we were interested in, and showed us the differences and explained the pricing. Can't say enough about what great experience I had at Rogers & Hollands at Old Orchard. I went in to exchange a charm that was given to me as a gift and was looking instead for earrings. I wanted a quality piece that's classy and timeless but, of course, in my budget. Ryan was terrific! Today is actually our 4th visit to Rogers and Hollands. On our 2nd, Adam helped us pick an adorable heart-shaped ring as a late Valentine's Day gift. After some convincing we agreed to purchase a lifetime warranty and it was the BEST decision we've ever made. Believe me when I tell you that there is nothing more relieving than realizing that your ring-crushing kitchen accident is covered. Get. The. Warranty. Big thanks to Selena for helping us out today!
My fiancee bought my ring here and the experience was just as wonderful as when I bought hers. Smart, helpful staff, nice selection of unique jewelry and reasonable prices.
Overall very good experience. While at times it felt like they were giving me a used car salesman spiel, they did follow through on their word and their work. I bought a beautiful ring from them at an incredible price, and they told me I could return it within 30 days if I found a better one. I ended up having one customized and went that route instead. Brandon, the manager, was very cool and very professional about me returning the original ring. I give them a lot of credit.
I was ecstatic to be surprised by my beautiful Tiffany engagement ring BUT I came to realize that the band shape was awkward. In fact, Tiffanys only had one band to match it, and it was an awkward fit. I should give this place negative stars. But unfortunately I am not allowed to. The customer adequacy is absolutely horrible. If someone brings a jewelry for deep cleaning and they need it by a certain date, do not give your customers the run around and keep changing the date. How about contact them in advance and give them a heads up their piece isn't going to be ready on time. I don't know about you, but peoples time is very valuable and they have things to do .
