Went in to have my wedding and engagement ring enlarged (went up one size in my finger since having my kiddo). I was greeted warmly and was immediately helped. The services cost just what I was expecting and it took less than a week to make the alterations to my rings. I also brought in a few other pieces of broken jewelry that needed repair. Everything was ready on time and looked brand new upon pick up! The customer service and service itself was top notch; can't recommend them highly enough!

This store tops all the jewelry store chains. They have excellent service from friendly employees who have been there long term. Most retail outlets go through employees Every few months. Friendly , friendly, friendly.

Worked with Stephanie to get some ideas for an engagement ring and from the start she was amazing, listened to what I said and offered suggestions an help me create the perfect ring in my mind and helped my now fiance execute it. Everything was perfect and when I had mentioned a ring for my sister in a separate budget she checked up on that when I had my ring sized. She genuinely cared and her customer service was amazing. I cant thank her enough. Amazing experience all around.

Stephanie did an amazing job with my ring! She took a family emerald and incorporated it perfectly into a setting that I chose. She worked quickly and was so easy to work with. She cleaned the ring right before I put it on which made is sparkle extra. She was so helpful and not pushy at all. She was very honest. My ring came out amazing! She was fantastic!

Was walking around the mall when I thought about getting the bf a nice ring. I know what his style is and decided to take a look at what Roger and Hollands has to offer. I went to Rogers and Hollands with a bracelet that needed to be repaired and the charms to be cleaned. I'd gone to another place in Old Orchard, and the gentleman I worked with was rude and seemed to not take any interest in what I actually wanted done. So a few months before my wedding I ordered a ring for myself at Roger's and Hollands and was told it would take about 3-4 weeks until it was ready. I waited about a month and when i heard nothing I called to see how much longer. I was told by the receptionist that my ring would be ready LITERALLY the day before my wedding (when I would be out of town). I had no idea what I was doing when searching for an engagement ring. No idea what I wanted, size shape, everything! The staff was so helpful that I immediately only knew one thing, I needed to buy my ring here. First off I have to say the experience with working with Stephanie and Adam was some of the best that I have ever had. I work in sales and from the get go I never felt pressured in any part of the decision making process from either of them.
