Ruined my engagement & wedding rings by incorrectly soldering them & will not fix them in a timely manner even tho I was promised I would have them today. Now I have to go all weekend without them when the only reason I even had it done when it was done was because I was promised I would have them back within 24 hours. On top of that, I'll probably be losing details in my wedding band, which I picked out because of the details, due to their mistake.

I bought my husband a bracelet at this location for under $100 a while back, today he went to get an estimate to get the clasp repaired and they told him it would be $105 to repair. Ridiculous.

Beyond irritated with Roger & Holland’s! I dropped my chain off in December to be fixed. Shortly after dropping it off, my wallet got stolen. After totally forgetting about it until June, Dusty went to go pick it up. Only to be told they didn’t have it. And I would get a phone call on Monday. Never got a phone call. For 2 months I have went back and forth with Roger and Holland’s. My necklace and pendant were dropped off to them on December 21st. This particular location has numerous employees who can demonstrate TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I see on this the Manager for this location has 15+ experience but you can definitely tell that she is a perfect example of a employee who doesn't care about customer service or how her employees treat guest.
