I had the worst experience ever. The young lady Linda had no clue where my jewelery was. I left it with her for a repair. She claimed to contact me with an estimate. I waited almost a week. With no response. Finally I went in and this Air Head completely forgot. It was in some drawer. I picked up my ring and left. This particular location has numerous employees who can demonstrate TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I see on this the Manager for this location has 15+ experience but you can definitely tell that she is a perfect example of a employee who doesn't care about customer service or how her employees treat guest. Went to pick up a ring my husband bought me for Christmas that I had to have sized. While there, I spotted another ring that was so pretty!! Quickly talked my husband into buying it. It was $125.00. When I got home half an hour later, I pulled a picture of it up on their website so that my daughter could see it...on the website it was only $94.00. I was very dissappointed.
