My boyfriend and I went into the store on 11/4 just to browse wedding rings. Patricia was great!!! R&H was my personal choice of places to shop while he wanted to shop elsewhere. I love R&H. I have other pieces of jewelry that I purchased there. We wound up making a lay-a-way and stopped in on 11/11 to make a payment. Patricia Srachta was very helpful! She was very patient with my boyfriend and I when we were looking at engagement rings. She answered all of our questions and did not seem bothered by us at all. We trusted our instinct and went with the rings from this location. I'm so happy with the choice and Patricia made our experience even more amazing than we thought it would be. So last week my friend and I decided to come to the mall and we like to look through the jewelry stores. I have to say this is the best place. The jewelry is much prettier. And they always seem to have really good sales. I got a mickey necklace for $25. But besides that the staff at this location were very nice and helpful and seemed like they wanted to help. Would def come back again when I'm in the area.
I was running some errands with my boyfriend the other day which included getting my jewelry fixed and cleaned. While we were waiting we decided to browse and look at some rings. Today my son and I stopped at the Rogers & Hollands at the H.I.P. to purchase a Christmas present for my son's girlfriend. We were helped by 2 sales associates Milosz & Zoriana. Both Milosz & Zoriana could've been more helpful with our purchase! Merry Christmas!
My husband and I were shopping for a 10 year anniversary ring. I was leaning toward a smaller ring because I thought the bigger ring would be too big for my hand. Patricia Srachta understood my dilemma. She was incredibly patient and accommodating. In the end, we bought the bigger ring because Patricia said I could bring it back in 30 days and exchange it for the other one if I didn't love it.
