If i could give them 0 i would. First i was pressured by Sergio to get the rings i even went back to try and return them but was told i missed the deadline and Sergio no longer worked at the woodflied location i later lost my job and was unable to make the payments. They are now taking me to court for $2500 for a rinf that was appressed for $150 when i went to get it checked this company really has nothing better to do when i asked to be put on payments, they said it was to late they were taking me to court. I bought a ring, it was beautiful. The holiday cash...what a joke...I received 5 of them for $100 off every $300. I spent the $300 and received 5 certificates, they tell me I need to spend another $300 dollars to redeem the certificates. What a bunch of BS. Also the ring has been in to replace the stones that fell out 2 times in about 2 weeks.
I purchased (2) Necklaces for my Daughters for Christmas. My Daughters broke. I tried to Call and have it repaired under Warranty. The Lady on the phone was rude and stated she could only get an estimate for repair. There is no Warranty on it. I purchased it in November. It was not opened until December 25th. It broke February 7th and was never worn until this 1st time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
HORRIBLE! Rogers and Hollands has been steadily going down hill for years, but it appears they have now hit a new low in this store. If you have a choice of going anywhere else I would greatly encourage it. I should have came to this store then! I mean the sales reps at the the Peoria, IL store are sneaky and possibly racist. I mean I put a ring on layaway April 30 and here it is a month later almost and I paid it off including insurance, and still haven't received my resized ring yet. They were hiding the insurance price, like it was a secret or something, and still didn't never told me how much the insurance was. Please do not waste your time going in here. There are so many great places that have wonderful customer service this is just not one of them. My husband bought me a birthstone necklace for Christmas. The lady was new there and sold him purple instead of sapphire for September. He didn't know and the lady assured him it was September. Overall, I'm sad to say that I'm disappointed in my experience at this store. My fiancé proposed on Christmas morning and I LOVE the ring which was purchased at a different Rogers & Hollands location. It was a bit big, so the following week we drove to the closest Rogers & Hollands location (this one in Norridge) to have it resized.
