I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate Patricia! She was wonderful throughout the entire process of purchasing my engagement ring! She really went above and beyond for my (now) fiancé and I. She truly is great at what she does and really cares about others! The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. I can't thank Patricia and the rest of the staff enough for everything! I will definitely be shopping there again.

I visited this location looking to inquire about their diamond upgrade policy for my engagement ring. This was actually the 3rd and final Rogers & Hollands I've visited in one week (the previous locations either ignored my presence or pitched me outrageous prices that I'd "have to spend minimum".) Had to buy my girlfriend a ring for her birthday and this was the best place to go. Service was great especially from guy named Milo who was extremely helpful and was not pushy either! I went to other stores but the selection wasn't that great and service was bad. They also had great sales on the jewelry too! I would recommend this location! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this store and with this company. Buying wedding rings is a huge decision and Patricia had made the process so peaceful and stress free. I have worked with her twice now and each time she was patient, helpful and very easy to trust. I never felt pressure to spend more money or to make a decision. My husband and I went here for a repair on my weddying ring. After we spoke with Patty Srachta , we ended up leaving with an anniversary ring. She was knowledgeable and helped select a beautiful addition to my ring. The entire staff was wonderful. My ring looks as good as it did 25 years ago. Definitely will return for our jewelry needs.

As you can imagine shopping for an engagement ring is extremely stressful. I went to multiple stores to try and find the best ring I possibly can and mainly found okay rings but horrible pushy service. I know these people hear stories everyday and eventually they all sound the same so they just want you to buy any ring and move on but the service at this location was top notch.
