Fantastic experience! No more leaks! Ken from Roof.net responded to my request for an estimate very quickly. He came out on a Saturday to find the problem, and immediately figured out what was causing the leak. Stress free and a job well done. I called Ken to evaluate the roof when we had a small leak resulting in a spot on the ceiling. Ken did the evaluation for free with no obligation. He pointed out how the roof ridge had risen because it had been incorrectly installed when the house was built. He also showed us the damaged pipe flanges. We're extremely happy with the entire job. Ken, President of Roof.net, contacted me the same day I filled out the form on his website. He was able to come to my residence that same Friday afternoon to evaluate the issue(s). He arranged to have his foreman come out the next day (on a Saturday no less) and do a comprehensive evaluation on the roof. This is a company you can trust to do the right job. Checked for a roof leak. Possibly shingles loosened, rusty nails, siding loosened or nearly loosened, etc. that could cause a roof leak. Ken sent his foreman over to my townhouse. He had to climb up on the roof, check for shingle damage or any other possible causes of the leak I experienced in my bedroom above a window. I highly recommend Roof.net. I had to have some shingles which were broken replaced. I delayed getting them repaired and my home owners association advised me they must be replaced soon. I delayed because I didn't want to hire a roofing company for such a small job and thought perhaps I could get a friend to do the repairs. Saved my home from severe damage! Ken and his company did great work for me. Part of my ridge vent was blown off during a storm leaving the attic exposed to the outside. Ken came by hours within hours of my call to provide a quote and check for damage in the interior of my home. Roof repair looks great and no more leaks! I was in the midst of selling my house when the inspection came back with a problem on the roof vent. Ken offered to come out the following morning (on a Saturday) and had his guys on the roof by that evening. He provided detailed descriptions of the work to be done, pictures to show the work, and a guarantee so my buyer would be happy with the work. Everything went great!
