This company sets the standard for quality service! Ken Briesemeister has to be one of the smartest roofing guys in the business. While he was more expensive than his competitors I had no doubt I was paying for quality work. I had a small leak in the upstairs Master Bathroom that I suspected was coming from a roof vent. Best experience ever! Inspected the roof to investigate an existing leak. Suggested a repair proposal and explained in detail all steps that would be done. Very quick response and very accommodating. Required work was explained in detail. Repairs were completed within a few hours from contract being made. Very professional. After roof work was completed I was shown pictures of each step in the repair process. Very satisfied with all steps from initial contact to completion of repairs.
Amazing customer service and workmanship! Ken was great to work with. I called him first thing in the morning and he showed up 2 hours later for an estimate. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to roofing. Way beyond satisfied!! Roof.net technicians removed and replaced shingles around the entire perimeter of the furnace and sealed with Geocel Tripolymer sealant to prevent further leaks. Removed and replaced a cracked vent pipe flange. Replaced shingles and properly sealed shinges around the attic fan that was installed and previously repaired (by another roof company) incorrectly. Very difficult roof leak made easy. Ken was very easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate my crazy work schedule. We drafted and signed documents using PDFs sent via email which significantly sped up the process rather than having to this in person with paper. Beyond the typical flashing problem you see with most roofs, in addition Ken figured out that a crack in the crown of the chimney was causing water to run down a metal pipe in the chimney and veer off into the attic.
