Great customer care and they stand behind their work. I had repairs done on my roof by Roof.net. As is apt to happen, not all repairs were successful. Instead of hemming and hawing however, Ken and his team promptly responded and made adjustments that did the trick. I remain absolutely impressed with the value placed on customer care and continue to highly recommend this company.
Missing shingles repaired within 24 hours. I am very happy with the quality work and professionalism exhibited by Ken in the repair of blown off shingles on my house. I contacted Ken for an estimate one day and by the next day the roof was repaired. Thanks so much for the prompt response and the outstanding work!
Simply OUTSTANDING!! Ken came out the same day, prepared an estimate, and had his crew out to repair the damage within 24 hours. I'm planning on calling Ken in the Spring to install an attic fan, looking forward to it; I highly recommend this company!
Roof valley leak repaired quickly. I normally don't like to leave any comment. But this time I feel compelled to do so. The heavy storm yesterday left our house "draining" inside. We called the company up this morning and got it fixed this afternoon before another storm hit! The speed and quality of the work are truly impressive. If there was a "six-star" option, that would be my choice here...

I see why they're 5 star rated!!! Ken and team were very responsive. The service was excellent, prompt and well priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roofs. They re-flashed and re-shingled around a skylight that was leaking. We had some good rainstorms over the weekend and I am happy to say that the skylight is no longer leaking.
