Roof.net fixed a chimney leak that 5 reputable roofing companies could not. I've had about five different chimney companies come out and it never worked until Roof.net came. They were very professional, courteous and competent. They were the type of people you enjoy working with. The owner Ken came out with modern equipment to pinpoint where the leaks came from. They did very thorough work and it was well worth the amount we had to pay.
Would never had believed a large repair was done if it wasn't for the during photos. Ken came and checked and determined where the issues were. He had a team come out within a few days to remove the area of the roof that had improper flashing installed put all new flashing in and replaced the roof with the original shingles so you couldn't tell there was an issue. I liked that the repair men took photos of the entire process so you could see the issues without getting up on the roof.
Superb Service! We had wind damage to our roof..... I contacted Ken (roof.net) via his website on a Sunday afternoon...... within 10 minutes he was calling us to come out on Monday for a free quote. Monday he showed up, took pictures, and emailed us with a 1-page job proposal, a couple additional recommendations if we chose to take care those items as well, all complete with multiple pictures. Ken, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the problem. He answered all of my questions. Of all the estimates we got his was the best. His crew was nice and all the debris was cleaned up. I would highly recommend their services.
5 stars all the way!! Ken Conducted an inspection of the existing roof and identified areas in need of repair. To the extent possible, his workers used existing shingles that were undamaged as part of the repair process to present a better appearance for the house from the street level. During and after photos were supplied at the completion of work. Extremely satisfied!
Repair Chimney, flashing, replace concrete on chimney, and remove and replace parts of the roof to prevent leaking. The work was performed exactly as agreed. Ken Briesemeister was very courteous, professional, and prompt.
Found leak that other reputable companies could not. They found and repaired extremely difficult to find leak in roof after other companies could not, and gave fantastic roofing advice that was against his financial interests. We could hear a drip in our wall, but could see no moisture in the attic nor shingle missing. Great communication from the owner. We had a leak around our skylight....previous contractor said we needed a new skylight. Ken was prompt in his communication and very responsive. His workers were at our house for over 2 hours. We did not need a new skylight but only needed repairs around it. The workers removed all the shingles and replaced all the flashing around the skylight and added an ice and water shield and a sealant. These guys are top notch! I was contacted the same day to make an appointment. Ken showed up right on time to perform the inspection. Quickly provided a quote and the repairs were made later that same day! Ken's proposal was clear and even included pictures of the areas that would be repaired.
