Overall Great Customer Service ! Pleasant experience with Roof.net, after seeing how many positive reviews they have on Yelp we had a feeling that they were a reliable company. I called Ken to get some sort of initial inspection done on how much it would cost to repair some roof damages on my home. Great communication!! Ken arranged his crews to finish my roof work within 24 hours after the initial contact, before a heavy rain hit the local area. All my concerns are addressed timely. We also got 1 year warranty for the work. He is very responsive and replied my emails very quickly in late evening and early morning. Very detailed and professional. Roof.net evaluated the condition of my roof to both identify the source of a leak and to find any other concerns. Following the evaluation Ken provided a detailed estimate based on the problems he observed. Our roof repair looks perfect! Ken came to our home to inspect the roof to see what was causing the roof to leak, within an hour he had his team remove the area of the roof that had improper flashing and replace new with the original shingles so you couldn't tell there was an issue, in fact the HOA was really impressed how well everything looked. I liked that the repair men took photos of the entire process so you could see the issues without getting up on the roof.
Very professional and personable. It went very well. Ken responded the same day once I authorized the work. The roofer arrived before rain was expected and completed the repairs. Trimming a large branch that damaged my roof was left for another day, and was completed a few days later. I found a water spot on our ceiling. Roof.net came and found the problem area (satellite mounts), removed them and the roof board under it, and then re-shingled. They also repaired some other areas and did some roof maintenance (flashing and vents sealing).
Roof.net is a dying breed. They care about their customers! Absolutely fantastic job, and very professional from start to finish with excellent customer service! Extremely pleased from beginning to end. The contractor who built my addition did not install a soffit and wrap the wooden fascia on the family room roof which overlaps with my screen porch roof. As a result, there was damage to the exposed wood and small birds were able to fly into the gap between the two roofs. Roof.Net removed the damaged wood, installed a new fascia, installed a soffit, and wrapped the new wood in aluminum on both sides of the roof to match the rest of the house.
