Do not order from this store EVER!!!! Our driver for today's order went to the wrong house. He called, insisted that we provided the wrong address. I verified that we did not and he said he would attempt delivery again. We waited. We called the driver several times. No answer. We called the store several times and was told that a manager would call us back shortly. When I first got acquainted with Rosati's I was very impressed however with the last several pick-ups I had to wait for an extended period beyond the promised pick up time quoted on the phone. In addition my last order, which was a veggie with extra cheese and add olives, was over baked and dried out. It was like eating warm cardboard with olives.

I ordered a pizza from Rosati's through gubhub. After waiting an hour and a half, I called Rosati's. They claimed they never got the order and called gubhub to cancel. Gubhub called and said Rosati's did get the order and refunded my money. It was too late order elsewhere. GrubHub and Rosati's are a losing combination. If you are hungry avoid them.

I eaten here twice in the last few weeks and like the pizza and garlic bread and wanted to try the wings tonight but they decided to close at 9:30 and refused to take my order when I asked the phone person what time they stop taking orders she said 9:30. This was after she checked with her manager which makes it worse. Looks like I have to find a new place. Way to go guys way to run a business. Please avoid, I will

Pizza was destroyed en route. My dad called was put on hold 5 times. Drove it back himself and management was rude as fuck and inconsiderate. FUCK ROSATI's pizza! We've ordered from you all for years, but never again.

Don't get slices here they are always undercooked! I was sick for 2 days after eating them! Make smaller slices and cook them longer ffs!

The service is horrible. I've called 3 times now and I got hung up on. Whoever is running the phones is not adequate for the responsibility. I will never order pizza from here again

Never consistent. Sometimes the pizzas are delicious and other times (like yesterday) they are the wrong order and burned to a crisp. I have been a Rosati's fan since I was a kid and was super excited when then came to OP. They really need to pull it together or this place will never make it. We are giving them one more try and then, will lose our business.

PIZZA NAZIS: This Rosati's is one of the better tasting locations, never been disappointed by their food. True to form for me, reading all of my reviews...it's all about the customer interaction.
