Disgusting pizza. I ordered a cheese and sausage pizza and there were so many slices missing sausages and the cheese was thin and barely any sauce on my pizza. I could have ordered a frozen pizza and enjoyed way more sauce, cheese and sausage. This was my favorite pizza spot in Oak Park. I will never order from this place again. In addition to the terrible pizza, the men working there are disgusting. Just Horrible customer service and food. Don't waste your money, please don't waste your money supporting this business.

​Rosati's Pizza in oak Park Illinois on Madison Street don't go there bad service can't believe the owners don't have any family members working there if they only knew what goes on behind his back I have videotaped this over and over when they don't answer the phones they're talking orders are being delayed I have sat there and ate a pizza and a drink and recorded all this and I'm going to put it on YouTube shame on this family rosati's letting the workers run your business down they're running it down!

The high point of our order is that it came early. The other good thing was the wings, which were pretty meaty and the sauce was tasty. Otherwise this was a crappy meal. For some reason the pizza was extremely salty, and it wasn't just the toppings, it was the pizza itself. Almost to the point that it was inedible. Lazy workers inside. Ordered pizzas for pick up they tell me 30 mins I arrive 35 mins and they tell me it'll be another 20 minutes. They claimed the oven was broke. All the employees inside were wearing pajamas and FaceTiming their friends in the back. QI love Rosati's pizza but this location is garbage. They were rude on the phone as well. Last time I ever shop at this location on Madison in Oak Park

Used to be excellent. Now, terrible. barely there toppings, bacon bits on the pizza instead of bacon, and still $30. The box was so light when I picked it up I should've looked before taking it. I would not have accepted this for $30.

Delivered to the wrong house, if we didn't have a ring camera which proved no one delivered it I suspect we would've been charged based on the conversation. However, we were refunded so that was nice. Just a waste of time.

I am an employee at a business located on the west side of Chicago called [name withheld]. On January 12, 2022, the facility's Owner, Executive Director, and myself, individually called Rosati's to get a large order for a staff event here at the facility. If I could give no stars that would be amazing. I went to yelp for local delivery placed it and I never got my delivery 2hours later and 3 blocks away. I called they pointed they finger at Grubhub but I used yelp don't use yelp for ordering nor rosatis they told me I had to come pickup the pizza when I paid for delivery and also added a tip with Yelp.

I ordered a dry cheef sandwich and they gave me one so wet that it's as if they ran it under a sink to make it. Plus the sandwich was so small, it should have cost half the price. The bread they used was as if they are using the same cheap bread that subway uses. I also ordered 3 garlic breads (that's what the website says I should have gotten) but they only gave me one small little garlic bread that cost $3! It should have cost $.50.
