From the guy (Chris G) that answered the phone, to the delivery, this was a most unpleasant experience. Guy taking the order was incredibly rude, refusing to make recommendations or describe dishes, hanging up without saying goodbye, thank you, etc. Bill was $65 for a 12 inch pizza, Alfredo pasta, sprite. Alfredo was terrible, overcooked pasta, boring, bland sauce. Pizza was cold and average when heated. User unfriendly website and no response with two calls inquiring about my order makes for a disappointing experience. Third time was not the charm as I finally got through to find out that after calling over an hour to place the order my pizza was still in the oven. That's it for Rosati's.
Scam-a-Rama deluxe on the anniversary pizza App will not allow ordering today Called about 75 times to get through and then put on hold listening to music repeat over and over until after 16 minutes on hold I was disconnected Just a scam to generate publicity
The Worst Costumer Survive. As great as the pizza is just pick another place to have pizza!
So I called 45 mins before they closed had me on hold forever then I went online to order while on hold and placed my order. Only to track my order 30 mins later and it says my order was cancelled. Then a guy named Maxwell lied and said he called me 3 times and left a voicemail which he did not only to tell me my order was canceled because they have no cheese or pepperoni to make a pizza which is a lie they only said that because the restaurant was about to close at 10 and they didn't not want to deliver my pizza. Had this pizza for the first time at another location and the pizza was great!!!!( So I ordered from this location thinking it would be the same. NOT! The pizza was burnt. Will not be back.
Burnt , stale looking pizza on Christmas Eve. Am so disappointed!. I love this place But it looked like it was sitting for a while.
The quality of their pizza ingredients has gone downhill. They use to be my go to but no longer. The last two pizza orders were barely edible. Minimal sauce, little spices and the quality of the cheese doesn't do it any justice. It's tasteless. Something has changed recently. I use to like their pizza but no longer will I be ordering from them. Their front desk lacks customer service skills. Pizza is good but the service isn't the best. The front desk clerks aren't the friendliest and can be rude and it's very loud vulgar music playing in the background. One of the workers forgot to submit my order and when I bought it to her attention they had no regards to anything and just looked as if I did something wrong. Go someplace else for pizza if you can.
