If I could give no stars that would be amazing. I went to yelp for local delivery placed it and I never got my delivery 2hours later and 3 blocks away. I called they pointed they finger at Grubhub but I used yelp don't use yelp for ordering nor rosatis they told me I had to come pickup the pizza when I paid for delivery and also added a tip with Yelp.

I ordered a dry cheef sandwich and they gave me one so wet that it's as if they ran it under a sink to make it. Plus the sandwich was so small, it should have cost half the price. The bread they used was as if they are using the same cheap bread that subway uses. I also ordered 3 garlic breads (that's what the website says I should have gotten) but they only gave me one small little garlic bread that cost $3! It should have cost $.50.

I really tried. I gave them several chances to make a pizza that lives up to their fancy, not inexpensive, offerings but after 6 pizzas (varied varieties & toppings) I gave up. Done with this Rosati's (and maybe the entire brand) Where do I start? 1) the dough was tasteless & dry (I don't know for sure but it looks and tastes like commercial "restaurant supply house" pre-made frozen) and thin. Second time here & they once again let me down. The only thing i have had on the menu is the monster pizza that i can say was the best loaded with ingredients & thin crispy crust but regular thin half and half ingredient order, deep dish, & their stuffed absolutely waist of money do not recommend to order from this location on those

Great pizza, wouldn't expect anything less from a legendary company. However, my issue is with the manager on duty last night (01/31/21). Either you don't care at all about your customers or you were so swamped doing some kind of office work to realize that you forced your loyal, paying customers to climb over a four foot wall of slush and snow. This was my last straw with this location. Do better manager.

I ordered a thin crust this time around. Same toppings. Same result. Do the employees get a bonus for the least amount of toppings they can put on a pizza ? I don't understand how I can order a pepperoni and sausage pizza and have several pieces with absolutely nothing on them. I'm done with your establishment. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 8 PM. I checked their online "pizza tracker" and it said it was done. I was waiting for the curbside delivery during this coronavirus period. The pizza never arrived. I called the store and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Finally someone came out delivering food to a different car I asked her about my order they said "oh yeah it's done, it's inside I'll bring it out." WTF? I'll not return there again!

Absolute mediocre excuse for a delivery service. The restaurant insisted my order was delivered when it was not. When I was on the phone with an employee she hung up on me and I had to call back. They did not offer me a refund or credit. Avoid ordering for delivery here. I'd give 0 stars for service. I'm sure their pizza is pretty good but if you order for delivery you probably won't find out.
