AWFUL!!! Our mom was neglected, shamed and lied to. She wanted to leave and was told that she would forfeit ANY home health care if she left against their advice. NOT TRUE! We took her home and her doctor has ordered home care. They refused to give her the medicines that she had brought with her, when they released her. HORRIBLE!!!

The did not have guard rails on the bed for a fall risk patient. No walked available to assist patient to the bathroom. Did not check blood sugar prior to feeding. Had no ability to give medication that required a shot. Did not have the medication available prior to receiving patient. Said it would take several hours. The bed head portion did not elevate. The bathroom had waste matter on the floor by the toilet. It is not a safe place we had to pull my father out 3 hours after getting there. The list goes on.

I enrolled my dad thrue the Va He said that he liked it there. They were very clean and patient with my dad. The nurses were very attentive. He stayed there for two weeks just to try out the home. I wanted to enroll him full-time I went to admissions a lady quoted me for $10,500 for the month $300 a day but I went on the website and it says that they only charge 184 a day very miss leading so decided that won't be my choice.

This place is horrible! I am a caregiver and my client went into the hospital to try to get more care having IBM disorder. He just needed more care than I could give. I have a family and could not be there 24-7. Wheelchair bound because the disease affected his legs and arms. Very with it mentally and can get around just fine in his electrical wheelchair. He was completely fine but was complaining about a bed sore so they now have him on a drug induced coma from morphine! He can hear us and tries to talk and cries. He actual... read more

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!!!!! My husband was transferred from Kaiser and I was reassured that he would be well taken care of. This was the worst experience as far as skilled nursing I could have imagined. The staff was nice but not trained or equipped to deal with my husband's needs. He was supposed to be on a regimen of medications but received nothing in the 8-9 hours that he was there. I demanded that he get bed rails (he has a movement disorder & was convulsing). Horrible facility. The staff is rude. The building is dirty. When you call either no one answers the phone or they put you on hold for 10 plus minutes. Stay far away from this place. Your loved one deserves so much better than what this place offers.

I was referred to Roseville Care Center (skilled nursing Care) 1161 Cirby Way Roseville, CA. 95661 by the Sutter At Home Care (Hospice) in Sacramento (Social Worker). We were looking a 24/7 facility for my mom. We thought we would try the 5 day respite period first before choosing it as a permanent place for her. The place is a 200 bed facility.
