my dad was at your faculty a little over a month and was very happy with the service he received. I likewise am happy with the services he received as well. Thank you for all you all did for him. He really improved.
In the spring my dad had the opportunity to stay at Roseville Care Center for rehabilitation for about 3 weeks after emergency gall bladder surgery. He was very weak after the surgery and needed more care than he could receive at home, He was quite pleased with the staff and the care he received and so were we. I have eliminated my original review and will reevaluate the level of care given their patients by their staff. Things were markedly improved since Wednesday.

Our 91 year old mother was in Roseville Care Center from May 20th until June 21st. She was released from Roseville Sutter after hip surgery for rehab. She received wonderful care there! The staff were professional yet friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her rehabilitation and care were appropriate for what she could do. It was such a bad experience that we signed our mother out after one night. She was not fed breakfast and they said she was. This was confirmed by the other patient in the same room as her. They left her in the bathroom alone for so long she got herself back to the bed. She is a fall risk and that is unacceptable.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!! If you care anything about the person you are sending here, do not let them go here. My mom went in with a bruised hip from a fall, and they put her in the bed with an adult diaper for three weeks before she ever got out of bed. They left her there for many, many hours lying in her own feces. Disgusting! It was only because of my persistent, aggressive behavior that they finally gave her a wheelchair to get up out of bed. RUN! SO MANY THINGS WRONG HERE: My dad had bed sores. The place was disgusting and the staff, negligent. He was in need of urgent medical and they refused to call an ambulance and we forced them to thank goodness. They have an activity director that does NOTHING for these seniors or patients. Infection control was lacking! Compassion and empathy for patient and families is a complete joke. Care that is promised to your loved one is not followed through. Call button is not answered and you have to go to nursing station for help in which they tell you they are busy with other patients and to wait. Administration is out of touch and really don't know what's going on inside patient care rooms. We had one nurse who was good but the rest were just available to give meds and not care.
