I have eliminated my original review and will reevaluate the level of care given their patients by their staff. Things were markedly improved since Wednesday.

Our 91 year old mother was in Roseville Care Center from May 20th until June 21st. She was released from Roseville Sutter after hip surgery for rehab. She received wonderful care there! The staff were professional yet friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her rehabilitation and care were appropriate for what she could do. People that care work here. They all deserve a raise for the hard work they do. Putting in the effort on a daily basis without expecting anything in return makes them a special team. The State of California just visited the facility and gave them the highest rank (5 stars out of 5). I wouldn't hesitate to put my loved ones under their care. The facility could use a remodel, but you can't get better service and professional help to get back on your feet.

Understaffed and lacking in supplies, communication capabilities and practically any ability to follow through on daily, in fact almost hourly requests for basic care for patients by various family members, the weeks my poor husband was stuck there were disastrous and have greatly decreased the chances that he will ever be able to come home again. We will never forgive them. To say the experience was "not good" is a gross understatement.

I want to put a hold on my comments right now this facility has graciously asked me to come back and get the care that I read in the reviews that may have been an anomaly but they were kind enough and the doctors were gracious enough to send me back there today at about noon I will further post after that point but please hold your comments on them based on my review until after I take them up on their gracious offer to come back

What a joke. After being wheeled in by an ambulance put into a room, I had a nurse 30 minutes later tell me who are you I don't know who you are where did you come from you're not on my list when the ambulance drivers check me in at the nurses station. There was so much noise in there people yelling up and down the hall employees just wandering one employee said oh I should have introduced myself hey I'm so into and then walked away cleanliness yes individual nurses yes overall management of the program there sucks I would n... read more

My poor father was in this facility and was complaining he was itching to the staff. Turns out he contracted scabies in this facility.

If I can leave no stars I would! Do not take anyone not even your worse enemy to this place. Their goal is to keep elderly there and take their all their money and possessions. They will deem them incompetent and state that they are unable to care for themselves. Then when they check themselves out they call Adult Protective Services on them. This is a nightmare! If you want absolutely NO CARE, this is the place for you! You will not have your prescriptions ready for you when you arrive. The staff might help you EVENTUALLY if you are lucky! You will be left sitting in your own urine and waste for long, long periods of time! No one should have to experience such torture! I filled a grievance with Kaiser for putting me here!
