Could be excellent but is not I ave lots to complain about but hope you get the one star choose another place to rehab you your family or friends

Remember only getting a 1 star because they make you pick one David T "business manager" David Terry "managing employee" (per ownership records) since may 2022 Hi likes to answer the complaints as if he never knew about them, but he does, just wants to make himself look good. He is also very intimidating to the elderly patients, and scares them. If you make any kind of complaint, the staff retaliates. If you don't want to help people, why do you get a job there, unless maybe taking drugs?? Medication goes missing, don't... read more

To Add another issue with this care home . We finally got my husband out of this place. But the worst experience of all is they arrange for a transporter to pick him up and drive him home. What a complete JOKE!! This was. The company that was called out was call I Care . Very scary gentleman that came in to pick up. My husband in his room had no idea that my husband could not walk. He look like a druggie. He told my husband to get up and get walking. My husband said I can't walk him in a wheelchair the guy's reply was what ... read more

My dad was there for 4 weeks for rehab. This place is very unorganized, there's no communication between staff, we were repeating same issue over and over, information never got forwarded to the next nurse. They lost his injections and no staff could recall where it went. This resulted family reordering and delaying him getting the shot. My dad had 3-4 unwitnessed fall, staff does not reply to the call button timely.

Not for cancer patients. No, just no. Most of the employees seemed to try to do what they can. But they are overworked from what I can tell. My father-in-law, God rest his soul, was recovering there after being diagnosed with stage four cancer. He had just had chemotherapy at Mercy San Juan and went to Roseville Care Center to be monitored afterwards before being released to go home. At first it seemed like it was going well, then it seemed like we had to be there constantly to ensure he was getting what he needed. They need... read more

Run don't walk this place is terrible ... they advertise a care plan .. that did not happen... my mom was there over a week no shower ... I can't begin to list all of the issues. I did reach out to director and admissions they weren't any help. Find another care facility. I wish I had done a little homework but I trusted this place because it was recommended by Kaiser.

My wife has been in this facility for almost two weeks now. Getting any rest for the patients is nearly impossible. Today she was in a wheelchair for nine hours before they would put her back in bed to get comfortable. Some of the staff are very good and some are not as caring. My opinion anyway.They need to do a better job monitoring noise levels, especially with the TV's blaring in every room. I don't even want to give one star! Our mother was transported to the hospital without notification to her family We went to visit and she wasn't there!! Upon arrival at the ER, she was malnourished and dehydrated, she was unresponsive and no one can tell us how long she was in that condition. COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE! would not recommend this facility.

When my husband had to go to a skilled nursing facility for a few days. Kaiser told us this was a five star facility, they are so wrong! I was in a five star facility recently and the difference was obvious. There is a bad vibe right when you walk in the door. It is not smelly I will give them that but that is where it ends. The food was not good. The CNA's appear to be overworked and stretched thin and take forever to respond. Most of them are caring and nice but there is a few that are not.
