If you care about your family members DO NOT put them in this facility. We kept our Mom in there 1 night. Where to start. Let's start with the meals. The dinner they brought was cold. Not even luke warm. It looked like dog food. But I would not feed my dog it. The next morning they brought cold eggs. By this time we were already having paperwork done to get her out of there. Cna's ignore patients, front desk is rude.. lights in the rooms BARELY WORK. If I could if this place 0 stars.. I would !

If I could give a negative number review, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It's nice to see that they redid the lobby and family room and maybe a couple of their rooms. But it's all for pictures. My grandfather stayed in a room that was disgusting. If he needed help or needed to be changed, he'd turn on his light, and it would be hours before someone would come in to see what he wanted. Even then, they'd leave and not come back for another hour. There are people their yelling for help from their rooms and CNAs talking in... read more

My mother was there for 3 days to get PT for a torn muscle on her leg, while she was there she had a stroke, my brother got there at 11:30 to visit her and had a hard time waking her up when he did her left lip was hanging and he noticed something was wrong. He has the nurse call 911, however her roommate said that she was concerned for my mom that morning because the staff had a hard time waking my mom up to take her medication and then again for breakfast they tried waking her up and she didn't wake up do she didn't eat. ... read more

My mother went there after a hospital stay because she needed physical therapy to get her strong enough to go home. Within 48 hours she got COVID. The staff didn't even know it until one visitor pointed out that she had a fever, was shivering, and her eyes hurt. We responded to my mother's complaints about these symptoms, they didn't. From that point on, there was virtually NO physical therapy going on for the next 2+ weeks. This facility is terrible. My step-dad suddenly passed away there and the way the family was treated afterwards was horrendous. When I asked for the return of his belongings I had to make multiple trips to get them because they were locked up and no one had the key, only to find that I didn't receive the journal we were keeping that was in his bedside and was apparently "lost". Other items in his suitcase were not his so imagine someone else received it. In addition, we received a "forward balance due" invoice one year later... read more

Horrible, do not let your family stay here. Disgustingly dirty, popcorn ceilings (likely containing asbestos) with mold/mildew stains on them from water leaking through. My mother still has PTSD from her stay there. If you love your family do everything you can to keep them out of this place..

Remember only getting a 1 star because they make you pick one David T "business manager" David Terry "managing employee" (per ownership records) since may 2022 Hi likes to answer the complaints as if he never knew about them, but he does, just wants to make himself look good. He is also very intimidating to the elderly patients, and scares them. If you make any kind of complaint, the staff retaliates.
