The staff is extremely unprofessional and on their cell phones instead of working. My mother was rarely bathed and was constantly soiled. This led to severe skin breakdown and severe pain. I was banned to going in Roseville Care Center and seeing my mom a day before her 94th birthday after going to as many people as a could for help. Social Services, a physical therapist, a nurse, the Roseville police after my Mothers roommate was harassing me every time I went there and they did nothing about it. The ONLY REASON this facility gets A STAR AT ALL is because you must select at least one. This place provides LOWER than basic care. It's the worst thing you can do to a person you love! We are so unhappy with the care provided for Mom. These people first of all are possesed with stool softeners, even if she has the runs they are shoving stool softeners at her twice a day. Also, not uncommon to have her sit in fouled pants for well over half an hour. Medications are not give on a regular schedule, some days at 8 and then next at 1130. Yesterday they even tried to give her diabetes medication, she does not have diabetes. Thankfully she has her wits about her and always questions what she is taking.

My sister is placed in this facility and I have had communication with several people on staff. Hilda is one of the latest social workers I have dealt with who preceded to hang up on me when my case worker and I were on speaker phone to ask her why they are trying to do an illegal room change to my sister who is in the process of getting Medi-Cal assistance. The first day of arriving with my mother, two fractured vertebrae's she was put in a room with no phone or TV remote. This was later found in the bidding from the prior patient???he person prior to had ripped it out of the wall. I went to Walmart at 12:30 at night to get her a burner phone when coming back I rang the bell many times to enter the building, the nurse's aide that answered the door apologized claiming they hear bells all day long and so they ignore them her solution to this problem was to prop a glove box ... read more

On Wednesday night we had our help lites on and a lot more patients down the hall for hours and no one came, I called the main phone line number 2 times and told them everyone's help lites were on for hours and no ones helped us, it did no good. Roomy had to potty and I'd requested my pain pills and didn't get them,. The worsted place ever to put a family member. My mom was amid there in 2019 and a week and half later she was back in the hospital due to the fact that the nurse stuff is incompetent and allowed her to get a infection in her kidneys and when she was taken out to the hospital her personal property stolen from the facility. The staff there does not care about what happens to the patients or their property one left there.
