Ruby Lodge is a beautiful new care home. Whilst placing Mum in residential care was an incredibly difficult decision, we have been impressed by the quality of the facility itself as well as the care our Mum receives. The staff are all kind both to Mum and all of us as a family and we feel she is getting the care she needs as well as companionship she probably wouldn’t admit she was missing.

We had a lovely day yesterday with my auntie on her 100th birthday. Holly, Kirsten and all the staff made it a very special day for her. Claire did a very nice Afternoon Tea for us all and also made a lovely chocolate cake. She had 150 birthday cards made especially by the local school children, the nursery children came and Santa brought presents for everyone, and the Brownies were coming to sing for her. All in all, a great day.

We experienced Ruby Lodge’s Fine Dining to celebrate our mum’s birthday. The food was excellent and we particularly enjoyed our dessert. We were all made to feel special - a great way to celebrate a birthday.

We are extremely pleased with the care my mother in law receives at Ruby Lodge. The staff are very attentive and go the extra mile to give the residents a very good quality of life and all in lovely surroundings.

Ruby lodge is such a lovely care home, the staff treat my grandad like their own! A beautiful home with amazing care. Thanks so much for everything!
