Excellent experience so far - very warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely communicative. The rooms and social spaces are light, airy and create a feeling of home. Fantastic services and immaculate surroundings.
You really care about my Uncle and that shines thru from all the staff. Ruby Lodge is a lovely place run my people who really invest themselves in making their residents and their families happy during their time there. Every member of staff is happy to see us and always ready to assist if we need a little help with my Uncle's mobility and needs or if we'd just like a nice cup of tea it's always delivered with a smile.
