My Mum came to Ruby Lodge for respite care following a period of ill health and falls. The welcome she received was exceptional, her love of music has been remembered - a classical radio station was playing in her bedroom on arrival, and by the end of the day she was enjoying playing the piano in the entrance lobby! Great care home, the staff are lovely and always goes above and beyond. The best staff and facilities I have come across in the many care homes I have visited for my dad and he has nothing but good things to say about Ruby Lodge.

Ruby Lodge has given my Father-in-law a new lease of life. The care and attention he has received is second to none. The facilities are 5-star, and he has settled in really quickly. He has made new friends and developed an active social life very quickly - everyone is so friendly. Recently, Ruby Lodge organised a 95th birthday lunch, which was just fabulous. Can't recommend this place enough - it's fabulous.

We visited Ruby Lodge more than a few times, the staff are by far the most friendly, professional, and caring that I have come across. The building is gorgeous, the residents seem to be really happy and well taken care of. 10/10!

Ruby Lodge Care Home is amazing. It could be confused with a 5hotel. The staff are so warm and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Eight of us enjoyed my friend's Dad's 95th birthday lunch, and the food was delicious... particularly the fruit cheesecake! I honestly can't think of even one tiny negative, that's how impressed l am by this wonderful care home.

I visited, on this occasions, to attend a Birthday party. The staff could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have visited many times and personally, I am very impressed with Ruby Place. The staff seem to go out of their way to provide entertainment and activities for the residents with a regularly supply of refreshments in between meals which are always served willingly. A lovely place and a lovely home.

Superb morning tea and a wonderful welcoming environment. The Victoria sponge cake at coffee morning was amazing, and the team were so attentive. Many thanks for a truly wonderful morning and a great start to 2025!

We had a lovely time for our family party for my aunties 100th birthday. We were catered for very well. Everyone enjoyed the food and the chef did a great job serving 17 of us.
