The whole experience was great for my Mother and me and my sisters. She was reluctant to move from her apartment but unfortunately, her health has deteriorated so more permanent care was needed. The whole experience of visiting her in a relaxed environment with caring staff and enjoying the facilities with her makes it all more pleasurable, for all of us.

Ruby Lodge Care Home is not a Care Home. It is a home-from-home disguised as a five-star hotel. From the staff to the management to the fixtures and fittings and luxury services this is quite simply a fabulous place to live and visit. What a wonderful place this is! From the beautiful surroundings and facilities to the amazing staff, delicious food and the most personal of patient centred care I have ever experienced. As a care professional myself, I can honestly say I've been blown away by the whole experience. My mum had to make the decision to leave her home and go into full time care due to a decline in her health and as you can imagine, this is not an easy thing to do. The lodge is absolutely stunning and they have helped my Grandma settle in so quickly. All the staff are lovely and the quality of care is amazing. They are always on hand and helpful and so welcoming for family to visit also.
