I found Ryan to be very professional in every aspect. My loan requirement was extreemly complicated due to my external income sources but Ryan worked tediously through the process. He procured a loan for me at a very good rate and everything progressed as he said it would. I would definately recommend Ryan and his company to any prospective home buyer. Happy Home Owner
My experience with Ryan Walmsley was absolutely terrible. I was genuinely shocked to even receive the link to leave a review. From our initial conversation all the way through closing Ryan did nothing but lie to me and speak to me in a rude and condescending manner. Ryan initially told me that he knew I could qualify for $275,000 but not too go over $300,000 when I was house shopping. He also relayed this same figure to my realtor. In general I think Ryan is great - though I had one issue the day of closing (not something you want to experience in general), where the closing agent needed upcoming property tax payment - outside of the current disclosure - to finish closing in schedule. This required a cashier’s check greater than $2k to be drawn immediately. What a hassle. This points poorly to Ryan’s support team, not necessarily on him. But he definitely heard from me on this, and hopefully this won’t happen to anyone else going forward.
