The exterminator did a good job getting rid of the bugs we had. He wore booties to keep my floors clean. I docked a star because Edge required a contract. I get why they want multiple appointments before I decide, but I don?t like being locked in to yet another long-term contract. Also, they do not offer a termite inspection or treatment.

They don't listen to your issues or ask questions to solve the pest control problems you have. The video they show you before service is the quality experience you should be receiving but is the complete opposite. Follow up is severely lacking. Make sure you know what you are signing up for. A two year plan that costs you at least 50% of all services if you want to cancel. Obligatory contract for a single service request. Customer service team was average.

The tech showed up at the time she said she'd arrive. She thoroughly looked at the areas of probable infestation and efficiently placed traps etc.

I hired them to remove some wasps on Saturday and they talked me into a 2 year contract. I called them on Wed to cancel the contract and they refused. I asked to have a manager call me back and no one has responded.

Check for rodents in attic. Tech did not go into the attic but poked his head up and shined his flashlight. Had to tell him to turn around and look at the other side. He found no signs of anything. A few days later, got a high-pressure call to come out and set traps as well as ongoing service. Tried to get a word in edgewise several times before finally yelling STOP three times. This company has a horrible booking service. I had hired this company for a couple of services, and then when I made known that the service was no longer needed, they continued to come out and do unmerited outdoor work. And then wanted to charge me for a full amount, in spite of not having doing work inside of the house. BE READY WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL SERVICE: All I wanted to do today was cancel my service. Sounds simple right. I guess they have a hard cancel tactics in place. I could not believe that NO ONE was available to cancel my service by phone. They said it had to be a Supervisor and they were all in a meeting. We had a pocket gopher invade our back yard, and dug several holes. Edge came out, set traps, and they were gone! We also set up a quarterly service for pest control, and since the service began, we have seen a lot fewer spiders and wasps even with the warm fall and winter that we are having.
