This company has big problems with communication and meeting their commitments. When I first called, they promised same day service. That same day I got a call from the corporate office rescheduling because they had too many people who called out that day. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I was told I would be first at 8:00 AM. My technician did not get here until 9:50 AM, not even close to the commitment time. Called to cancel the service but they sent someone out again and charged me even though I cancelled. Then they said I didn't talk to the right person but they had record I called. Now they want to send me to collections. And they are harassing me. Had them for two years for service.
Not worth the cost. My lawn does not look any better now than it did 5 treatments ago.
Beware of deceptive business practices. They will try to have you sign a multi-year contract even if that requires fraudulent misrepresentation of services and then charge you a 50% cancellation fee ($600 fee in our case). Edge is a company which just does not care. This company only cares about billing cycles, not their actual customers. Edge Pest Control wants your money, nothing more. The services they provide are questionable at best. We were unsatisfied with the results of their pest treatments (still had bugs in and around our house) after several months, and we had health concerns about the chemical treatments. There are more bugs here in Colorado than there were in Western Washington. Edge Pest control listened to my bug problem and proposed a solution that will help long term! They had available appointments and have already done the treatment! I am looking forward to an on going system to keep the bugs out of the house and to keep me from getting the bug-heeby-jeebies!
