Timothy Bryant was amazing helping us resolve an email alert problem! He did what no one else could do apparently. After multiple calls and a no show appt with an ADT IT representative the issue remained unresolved. Timothy was so helpful and our issue was resolved in minutes. He needs a big raise in salary!
