Angela Falco is been very professional and patient with walking us through the new security system. She has been very proactive with resolving the coordinations issues with technicians even on a weekend and ensuring the set up is done as scheduled with no delays. Angela Falco made our home security shopping experience very easy and smooth. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she spent a lot time on the phone patiently showing me the security packages and how they work, and suggested the appropriate number of cameras and sensors, and got us a great deal.
