2016 MVP school brand-new scooter keeps breaking down every day every time I drive it it was cheaply made

Bought a road cat w/side car both in Red. 6 days after I placed my order I receive a call that the payment didn't go thru because the salesman that took my order got the numbers wrong. Ok no big deal. Then the guy informs me that the bikes come from one place and they have the side cars which come in black. No where on their website does it state this, so I am a bit upset because this bike will be used as a lead bike for the largest 9/11 Memorial Ride in Pennsylvania every year. They called to tell me that mocha cream was really YELLOW. And if I wanted my moped anytime soon I was stuck with yellow. I was told my moped would ship next morning I was happy. After waiting for 2 days info on shipping I called to find out had not shipped. Ask when was told it could be days was up to manufacturer. Ask why I was told would ship 2 days ago. They said I was not told that. Ask if u could change moped were I could get color I liked. I was told that could take 90 days for moped to ship. Told them just send yello... read more

I don't think at this point I could give a fair evaluation of my experience. I ordered the scooter on 3/21 and they told me it would probably take 15 days to arrive. It is now over 15 day and I have filled out the form asking where my order is, and as yet have not had a response...I just want my order (#47330)
