Received my Mean Dogg II trike yesterday. Nice trike but very disappointed that the entire rear axle assembly and the rear tires plus the front tire spacer were not with the shipment. I filed a ticket awaiting a response and parts which I am told will take considerable time. I just hope nothing will be missing this second time around.

We never got the free gloves and handle bar grips.. we called multiple times and they just said wait a couple weeks and you should get them. That was a year ago? Terrible customer service

The customer service people were rude! Parts was missing from utv.bolts and nuts. They lied about assembly of the utv I paid for a new atv and got a 2015 model!!
