Probably the worst experience I've ever had shopping online these people these people sent me faulty bad product and never answer the phone I would never do business with these people again and I am completely shocked that they had actually asked me to send a review well here's my review never shop with safer wholesale.com because they are never going to answer the phone and your product will arrive three months later and more than likely it would be damaged

Very very disappointed!!!!! They told me 3-4 weeks for shipping and it's already been 4 weeks and they still won't be shipping out my gulf cart for another week. So Its probably going to take 6 weeks to get my cart!

Horrible is NOT a strong enough word!!!!! Ordered and paid for the product on the phone. 4 (four) weeks later still no product and/or notice of shipment. So we call customer service and are told that the product is "sitting in the warehouse and will be shipped "sometime" later in the week. Really? So now we start the process of canceling the order, no can do. Again, Really? So we call the credit card company to cancel the payment. At last it arrives ( moped) It has one small crack . I could not see until packing material was removed. I will just live with it. It took so long get here no telling how long it take to replace and stress of waiting. The color was wrong. I was told if I changed order it would take at least 7 more days. It took 10. If I was trying truth. I would changed mopeds. I give 5 stars because afraid if I don't and anything goes wrong with Moped I will be stuck with the problem for months before they fix.it. Bought a small 150cc motor scooter in late March and was informed that the scooter was in stock and in the warehouse in California. After confirming my order a call came in stating ohhhhhhh sorry outta stock will be here in April sometime ---ok. no problem. After a long wait my electric bicycles arrived.....In 2 very crushed boxes ( one had been re taped excessively, the other had been re-wrapped with shrink wrap. As I begin assembly, I find that one of the tires has a hole in the tube (not a rear tire that is easy to remove, but a front wheel that has the motor and wiring) As I connect the wires suddenly a fuse pops and now I have to find a rare fuse for my new bike to work.
