I have this service for almost 4 year and the quality of the service have been going down every day. I live in Warm Springs area in Fremont. When I got this service, the speed used to be always above 150Mbps. Now a days, in the day time I get around 50Mbps speed. Only during the night after 12:00 AM, I get more than 100 Mbps. While all other internet providers especially Comcast have greatly increased their speed (up to 1200Mbps), Sail internet speed is going down every day. Service is great when it works. Which is most of the time. But heaven help you when it doesn't work. They do not have a phone number to call. You can only report problems via email and they don't give good feedback. Are they actually fixing it or even working on it? Who knows. Will the problem get fixed? Eventually. It can take hours. The price is good, the speed is terrific. But be aware the service isn't perfect.

Update after a year: I've had Sail Internet for about a year now and while it's been typically great for a while I just recently having issues that do not have any resolution in sight. I live in South San Jose and have been noticing a severe drop in my download speeds. At some times I'm getting ~20Mb/s down. After a few technicians have come to my house and made adjustments it was discovered that this is an interference issue with their service and others in my area are also having the same problem. I called and recording said your number one in the queue or one in line - (meaning next to talk to someone). I tried calling three or four times over a 45 minute period of time and I got was the same recording over and over again im wondering if address for usa is fake and they aee just one of those over seas companies I don't even know if they're in business anymore I mean I called during business hours if they respond to this complaint I want a local California number that I can call and not a toll-free number!!
