STAY AWAY FROM SAIL INTERNET!! About one year ago I agreed to be a relay house for this internet company. They have now stopped providing service to our area. From the beginning I regretted my relationship with Sail Internet. The technicians were undertrained or otherwise not qualified to do the work they were asked to do. Some of the issues I had to deal with were multiple broken roof tiles and badly chipped stucco. They spent way more time on my property than what I was initially told. Looks like sail internet doesn't want my business as they able to hook up and get a very good speed (a little over 100MB download) for my next door neighbor but they failed to get over 48MB for my house. After the first try the technician left and afterward talking to one of their representative and was agree to give it another try (with maybe a different technician) but on the installation date (2nd time), got a call back and said that the "manager" said no so no installation. Sail Internet mailed cards to each apt address in foster city ca. When I called to find out the cost etc, the guy had no clue if they are in foster city. Then I looked at other online comments and found the price is $55 per month. I pay $39 per month and could get it for $10 but I refuse to enroll in the governent scam. I am happy to pay $39 per month this includes tax, I have very fast high speed unlimited internet. I stream all day and night on two tvs with no problems. Sail internet better rethink. Sail made an unannounced visit, hammered and drilled for hours on the wall to mount the cable and install the antenna. Will need to see them come back to address the scratches and holes on the sidings

I haven't installed or used sail internet but this review is solely based on their worst marketing practices. I have received a post card from sail internet into my letter box, I have checked the website to see if the service is available for my address since I have received the post card, I found that the service is not available. They are just collecting user information by random post cards to addresses they never provide service to. Such a bad practice.
