Glad to switch to Sail. I started having issues with Comcast right after Covid-19 started when i had to work from home. I would get dropped from meetings because of poor connection. I had multiple technician visits and spent $500 on new modem and router, things would work for few days but again i would have slow speed & dropped connections. I had upgraded my plan to 1000Mbps but my speed would drop to 20 Mbps and i would had to restart my modem/router. I just made the switch to Sail and I've been nothing but impressed. Living in an area where the only option is DSL and cable, I resigned myself to living life in the stone ages. After I stumbled across an ad for Sail, I reached out to their team and within a week I got set up with everything. The speeds are blazing fast and quite consistent. Decided to ditch Comcast after 6+ years due to their miserable upload speed and ever increasing prices. At first our Comcast upload speed was 15Mbps; they kept increasing plan prices every year and modem rental fees (nearly doubling over a 6 years span) and lowering the already miserable upload speed to just 5Mbps. The Sail installation was smooth and fast, the download and upload speeds right now phenomenal reaching 800Mbps download and 200+Mbps upload on gigabit ethernet connection.
