Just loving it .... It has been about 6 months. Fantastic speed. Working from home full time now, 3 of us. Zoom, Video and what not. It is just perfect. 2 decades with Comcast. Now 6 months of bliss with Sail
Shout out to Rodrigo and Remo For making this a smooth process with the very little knowledge I have about WiFi and routers!

Decided to ditch Comcast after 6+ years due to their miserable upload speed and ever increasing prices. At first our Comcast upload speed was 15Mbps; they kept increasing plan prices every year and modem rental fees (nearly doubling over a 6 years span) and lowering the already miserable upload speed to just 5Mbps. The Sail installation was smooth and fast, the download and upload speeds right now phenomenal reaching 800Mbps download and 200+Mbps upload on gigabit ethernet connection. On wireless you will need a good router... read more

Had a site survey done today and the technician confirmed good LOS. I went ahead with the install right after that. Install took about 2hrs. The technician (Wilmer) was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job installing the antenna and ethernet cable. I am now getting close to 250Mbps download and about the same upload. Its only been few hours since the install and I didn't notice any issues so far but I will see how the experience is over next few weeks. Feels good to finally ditch Comcast where I could only ge... read more

Got sail internet 5 months ago. Installation went smoothly and I was up and running in several hrs. I work from home so reliable internet is essential. So far service is pretty reliable but I do see a wierd slight lag when watching YouTube video on my TV. I actually gotten to the point where I am so use to it that it doesn't really matter to much. Otherwise internet speed and responsiveness on all other devices appears to be ok so far.
