Very responsive customer support and great customer service. Shoutout to Rodrigo in Customer Support & Sales, who helped me get a same-day installation appointment after AT&T no-showed. Also kudos to Wilmer, installation tech, who spent hours making sure my wiring was great and that I was getting proper signal to my Google Wifi Router. Have been a very happy customer so far!

Normally I do not like to write reviews about the services. However, I am so happy that I made a good decision in moving away from Comcast after so many years with the rate going upwards and service always going down. I am very happy with my decision. First time and then multiple times I called talked with Rodrigo who was very supportive and understanding of my dilemma and concern for moving to Sailinternet. He advised me to get the right router AC1900 and scheduled the technician very quickly with my convenience and taking ... read more

Glad to switch to Sail. I started having issues with Comcast right after Covid-19 started when i had to work from home. I would get dropped from meetings because of poor connection. I had multiple technician visits and spent $500 on new modem and router, things would work for few days but again i would have slow speed & dropped connections. I had upgraded my plan to 1000Mbps but my speed would drop to 20 Mbps and i would had to restart my modem/router. I reached out twice in response to their offer to "credit" my account , and they never responded. Guess their service is not the only thing that's not reliable.

I'm a current Sail customer, but we are thinking of canceling. They are becoming increasingly unreliable. Over the last month, from November 18, 2025-December 2025, they've had multiple outages, including at least 3 major outages lasting multiple hours. Often, these outages are in the middle of the work day. And they still charge full price, despite these outages. Something is happening with this company, and unless it changes soon, we will find a new internet provider.

unreliable. days long outages. so bad they said they would install a backup system-up plan. they FINALLY install the back-up system due to frequent outages and the back up system breaks down lol. writing this review via cellular data because my sail Internet has been out all weekend. look elsewhere.

They took over a well-oiled machine from Paxio and turned it into a fickle jalopy of internet service. I never had this much downtime and maintenance from Paxio. The disruptions are frequent and too many times have made my home server unreachable while traveling. Most of the time the service resumes, but on occasion I've had to have a neighbor or relative enter my home and reset the connection for me. Super effing inconvenient! Horrible accounting department spoiled everything! 1. After 20 days of installation I received the first bill and told me I was late to payment! And setup first payment took 2 weeks, and I was getting many reminders! 2. After first payment received, I got another notice that I was late to payment again.
