Very responsive customer support and great customer service. Shoutout to Rodrigo in Customer Support & Sales, who helped me get a same-day installation appointment after AT&T no-showed. Also kudos to Wilmer, installation tech, who spent hours making sure my wiring was great and that I was getting proper signal to my Google Wifi Router. Have been a very happy customer so far!

Normally I do not like to write reviews about the services. However, I am so happy that I made a good decision in moving away from Comcast after so many years with the rate going upwards and service always going down. I am very happy with my decision. First time and then multiple times I called talked with Rodrigo who was very supportive and understanding of my dilemma and concern for moving to Sailinternet. Glad to switch to Sail. I started having issues with Comcast right after Covid-19 started when i had to work from home. I would get dropped from meetings because of poor connection. I had multiple technician visits and spent $500 on new modem and router, things would work for few days but again i would have slow speed & dropped connections. I had upgraded my plan to 1000Mbps but my speed would drop to 20 Mbps and i would had to restart my modem/router. It's been couple of days with Sail and i haven't restarted my modem since... read more

Just loving it .... It has been about 6 months. Fantastic speed. Working from home full time now, 3 of us. Zoom, Video and what not. It is just perfect. 2 decades with Comcast. Now 6 months of bliss with Sail
