Recently signed up for Sail Internet and couldn't be happier with my decision. In fact, I'm hesitant to leave a review because I'm afraid of letting others in on this little gem of an Internet provider. I've been switching between AT&T and Comcast for as long as I can remember - never totally happy with either. Sure promo pricing is good, but once that period ends rates are crazy. Sail delivered as advertised...and then A LOT more. With Comcast, we were getting 250 Mbps download and about 10Mbps upload. With Sail, we are getting 800 Mbps download and 250 Mbps uploads...for a fraction of Comcast's price!! I'm so glad we switched. Luckily Sail came to the Union City area or else I'd still be stuck dealing with Comcast. Also, thanks to Ramon (there was a 2nd tech whose name I forgot, sorry) and Remos (support on the provider side) for the installation (which for the most part was pretty quick). The... read more

I'm so glad Sail Internet decided to come to the Southbay just as Common Networks was shutting off. I did not want to go back to Comcast with their crappy upload speed or AT&T with their crappy download speeds. Why can't we get both? I switched to Sail Internet last week. Jeff, Jonathan and two other technicians spent around 4 hours to complete the installation. They even took down some of the old antenna and satellite dishes from previous providers and took them to recycle. Kudos to the field team!!

Very responsive customer support and great customer service. Shoutout to Rodrigo in Customer Support & Sales, who helped me get a same-day installation appointment after AT&T no-showed. Also kudos to Wilmer, installation tech, who spent hours making sure my wiring was great and that I was getting proper signal to my Google Wifi Router. Have been a very happy customer so far!
