Visited this restaurant with some co-workers. We had heard that it may be a nice choice for our corporate holiday party. Upon arrival the restaurant was busy. Overall it was ok, not sure if I would return. The calamari was awesome and thats about all. The server never came back to check on us after we recieved our meals. My french onion soup had been left in the oven so long that there was no broth left. The lunch steak sandwhich was $25...i may as well just ordered the entree steak. We enjoy dining at steakhouses, and this ranks up with the best we've found anywhere.
3rd time there....better than last 2 times so would go back...had the linguine with shrimp and scallops...1 scallop fine other one needed to be seared a little more ....felt raw.... waiter needed to be a little more attentive....saw at the beginning and never again...other waiters took over..... yeah as for noise level energetic means NOISEY hard to hear my dinner companions....

Four of us went for dinner before the Flames game. All of us had a steak. All were good, cooked as ordered. Side of asparagus was enough for all of us. Nice price for the great Shiraz (had 2 bottles!). They also offered us the use of a parking pass for the game but as all of us were drinking, we declined. It was a nice offer, though!
Had high expectations going into the Saltlik. Unfortunately I would have to say that there was nothing exceptional about it - a very average dining experience at an expensive price-point.
The food was amazing, the servers were okay.. but overall excellent food and quick service. Not a good place for a date but awesome for a group of 4 or more.
My friend and I met for a business lunch. We had a lot to discuss. My friend is from Toronto and enjoyed this Calgary dining experience. The service was friendly and timely. The food was fresh and delicious and the portions a good size. I'm glad I chose this spot for our meeting. However, the noise level of the music was too high if you want to hear what your friends have to say.
We went as a group for lunch and our food didn't come for a very long time. We arrived at 11:45 and ordered quickly after getting seated, but the order didn't get put in until after we got our appis.
